Cloudy dull round toilet

I hav 4 boys or sprinkle when they tinkle! I hav cleaned around the loo area daily! Which has left those tiles white n patchy how do I restore them 2 natural state! And how do I clean them 2 prevent it happening again? Thanku x |

Use Tile Doctor Pro-clean diluted 50/50 with warm water for really bad stains, your Tiles are Ceramic so permanent stains shouldnt happen unless the tinkle has damaged them that is.
