White fluffy deposits on one tile in bathroom

We have one particular tile that develops white fluffy looking growth and the grouting is slowly disappearing (bout an inch has gone) |

Hi Dennis,
Best to take the Tile of the wall and see whats going on behind it, or better still get a Tiler to have a look as you may damage the neighboruring Tiles if your not carefull.
Chnaces are the Problem is not the Tile but whats underneath it.
